Why Use Access Management Group?

Access Management Group helps preserve, protect and enhance our most valuable possession – our homes and the communities where we live.

Access Management Group has enjoyed an outstanding reputation in the condominium and homeowner association management industry since the early 1970’s. Access Management Group has been able to assemble a staff comprised of the most educated and elite Community Association Managers that is unmatched in Georgia. Throughout the last thirty-plus years, our company’s goal has been to form a partnership with the associations in protecting, preserving, and enhancing their real estate investment. Our office is equipped with a state of the art computer system, with specially designed programs for community association management, and accounting.

The current owner, Dick Ruthven, bought the company in 1999 and has transformed the company from just another management company to the leader in customer service and innovation. Access Management Group now has just under 50 employees and over 250 community associations to include 40,000 doors. The dedicated employees strive for the common goal of treating every association like it’s their home, and handling the concerns of each and every homeowner in conjunction with the Board of Directors.

Our Mission

It’s simple. To enhance and manage every community as if it’s where we live with our own families. Everyone living in the communities we manage should be proud to call it home.

Our Vision

To lead Atlanta’s homeowner association and condominium management industry in supporting great communities and preserving and increasing property values through good stewardship.

Our Values

Access Management Group is built on core values that shape the way we do business with our customers, our vendors and one another.

  • Our foremost priority is communication to the boards and homeowners we serve.
  • Quality – excellence in service, always.
  • The integrity to do what’s right and to take responsibility for our actions.
  • Honesty and transparency in our practices. We do not recommend a vendor to one of our HOAs in exchange for compensation, but on the quality of their workmanship and the fairness of their pricing.
  • A passion for making the communities we manage as enjoyable and desirable as we would ourselves like our own to be.
