  • Assist board of directors develop and execute the annual operating budget
  • Collect resident assessment fees.  Maintain a running balance sheet and monitor reserves, dues and assessments funds. Manage delinquency follow-up through late notices, interest charge collection and legal assistance, if necessary.
  • Oversee vendors, including reviewing and paying bills, and maintaining records 
  • Oversee and provide monthly expenditure reports, financial statements, check registers and collection updates
  • Maintain balance sheets, track reserve money and reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain and update database with resident records
  • Assist with the board of directors’ election, including creating and tracking ballots
