Throughout the last thirty-plus years, our company’s goal has been to form a partnership with the associations in protecting, preserving, and enhancing their real estate investment. Our office is equipped with a state of the art computer system, with specially designed programs for community association management, and accounting.

Dick Ruthven acquired the company in 1999 and has since transformed Access Management Group into the industry leader in customer service and innovation. Access Management Group now has just under 50 employees and over 250 community associations to include 40,000 doors. The dedicated employees strive for the common goal of treating every association like it’s their home and handling the concerns of each and every homeowner in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
