These documents ensure the buyer is fully informed about the association’s rules, financial health, and their obligations.

Become an Approved Vendor
At Access Management Group, we are thankful for the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. We recognize a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors before authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. To fulfill this responsibility most efficiently, we signed up with a 3rd party, vendor compliance firm named VIVE.
VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry and registration is required for all vendors to continue a relationship with Access Management Group. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking less than 15 minutes, and comes with a nominal annual fee.
